A beautiful well maintained three bedroomed villa with south facing heated pool and spa.The villa is fully equipped with the all the usual refinements such as range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, microwave and a full range of crockery glasses and cooking utencils. It also benefits from washing machine and dryer. For your entertainment there is a 37 inch TV in the main living area with 120 channel digital cable system. All bedrooms also have TV's with cable channels. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge for our younger guests. Towels for both inside and outside are ready for use.

The accomodation consists of a master suite with large walk in shower and two further double bedrooms.The familty bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. A large living area leads onto a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors in the dining area take you onto the pool deck area. The swimming pool and spa are south facing and can be heated (at an extra cost).

 The villa is situated only 2 miles from I4 on H27 within 10 minutes of the Disney parks and within easy reach of all the other major attractions. There are a number of eating places which cater for a wide range of tastes within two miles.There are a number of golf courses close by and all guests have the benefit of discounted golf and free club hire at Kissimmee Oaks one of the best courses in the area. the new Posner park outdooor shopping mall has just opened and is again within two miles of the villa.
